For a standard pay-as-you-go account, the OpenAI Chat Completion base URL is https://api.z.ai/api/paas/v4/. Z.ai's GLM-5.3 model page separately documents an OpenAI Responses base URL at https://api.z.ai/api/v1, and an Anthropic Messages base URL at https://api.z.ai/api/anthropic. That Anthropic Messages address is the same one whether you are calling the pay-as-you-go API or the GLM Coding Plan (Chapter 7 covers what that endpoint unlocks for Claude Code specifically).
