This is the part that makes skills feel alive. The agent can autonomously create, update, and delete skills through the skill_manage tool. It drafts a new skill "after completing a complex task (5+ tool calls) successfully," or when it discovers a non-trivial workflow worth keeping. A one-time solve becomes a repeatable capability. Figure 6.1 shows the loop.
