The third shopfront is the open-weight models themselves: files you can download from Hugging Face or GitHub and run on infrastructure Mistral never touches. No per-token fee, no Mistral servers in the loop, and no Mistral support line either. What you may actually do with a given set of weights depends entirely on that specific model's license, which is not one blanket policy across the lineup. Chapter 6 is the full guide to that.
