The first two weeks are almost nothing. Day 14 is fourteen of each move, seventy reps in total, a few minutes standing next to your bed. Around day 30 it starts to feel like exercise. Around day 60 it starts to need a plan for when in the day it happens. Figure 5.1 lays the milestones out with the rough times from my own run, so you can see the shape of the thing before you commit to it.
